USA SELECTION 2002 ---What happened? An example from one southwest Missouri county. (It should be noted that the alleged southwest Missouri vote boost Jean Carnahan from the U.S. Senate and replaced her with Republican, Jim Talent.)

This letter was submitted to El Dorado Springs, Missouri newspapers 11/11/2002. They were also shown copies of documentation. The newspapers both failed to print any part of the letter although the Sun had indicated they would print it after asking Sheryl Swopes and Marlon Collins for a response. The newspapers had front page coverage instead announcing Sheryl Swopes resignation from office, effective November 15, 2002.

Dear Editor:

Real terrorism is any political machine that gets sheeple to believe ballots counted virtually in secret and vote totals released, are anything more than numbers a select few decided before one ballot was cast. Real terrorism is any political machine that has a non campaign by a candidate who proclaims they won because they are so popular and no one but their non opponent has any complaints. Real terrorism prevails if the people quietly accept fraud and lies.

Believe your vote was counted in Cedar County 2002 because someone you voted for won? Can you answer these questions?

1) Why were the ballots counted out of public view, but most of the courthouse staff members were allowed to witness the alleged counting?

2) Why didn't any election judges in the Caplinger precinct sign the certificate of ballot cards?

3) What new math makes 285 +14+1=400 ballots as shown on the Caplinger certificate? (Remember, Caplinger precinct was where there were also blatant problems in 1998.)

4) Why wasn't the number of "signed" voters identification certificates filled in for at least Caplinger, Box 3, Box 4, South Linn, Madison-Cane Hill?

5) Why were at least 400, Box 4 ballots likely switched during manuevering because they allegedly could not be tabulated? What were the one half inch or thicker stack of ballots witnessed shoved into a brown envelope?

6) Why are two or three sets of serial numbers of ballots sent to each polling place? Does this explain why #56 for Byron Hamilton for presiding commissioner, was so difficult to punch out?

7) After the county clerk held a campaign rally for herself with election judges at taxpayers expense, why was I attacked by a male election judge on Friday before the election and threatened with voodoo to break any attempts to prevent vote fraud or prayers? (All in the presence of the county clerk.)

8) Why was I verbally assaulted by deputy county clerk, Marlon Collins, inside the county clerk's office,(which was at the time inside the North Linn polling place), and then threatened with arrest when I asked the county clerk to stop Collins electioneering and defaming my name in front of voters? Could it be this was actually staged to make sure I was out of the courthouse from 6-7 p.m. on election day?

9) Why were absentee voters mailed a ballot with a missing page and no instructions sheet? Why was at least one voter issued two absentee ballots and the one Collins witnessed for his neighbor chosen for counting? Why were absentee ballots counted behind a vault door with the county clerk present with the team, and no notice to the political parties, as required by law?

If you are a registered voter, who did not vote this year, it would be wise to check to see if indeed someone voted on your behalf. If you believe nearly 62 per cent of Cedar County voters voted and that the results were as printed, then I have some ocean front property here on Fields I'll be happy to sell you.

I appreciate the dedication of the election judges and know most of them are honest. As the federal investigations of Cedar County elections 1998-2002 unfold, I trust that many of them will want truth to prevail.

Abraham Lincoln said, "You can fool some of the people all the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time. " And he also said, "To sin by silence when they should protest makes cowards of men." And Ronald Reagan said, "We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions." Laws were broken with your ballots in Cedar County 2002. Don't be fooled, please demand those who broke the law be held accountable for their violations.
