Why didn't any judges sign Caplinger Mills, Mo. area Certificate of Ballots 2002? What happened to the 100 missing ballots? Why wasn't this document filled out proving the number of signatures from voters matched the number of ballots to be counted? How many people were voted who haven't voted for years? Why did the Cedar County, Mo. county clerk plan to and actually resign her position within three days of the election? How much was she paid to rig the election, try to stop Marvalene Pankey from ever shouting vote fraud again, and to get the Governor to appoint a near high school dropout as county crook? How much money did Governor Holden accept to claim he had a right to select the county clerk for Cedar County for 25+ months and select a puppet for the presiding commissioner? Why did Sedalia, Mo. resident, Chris Brown, return Marvalene Pankey's resume and attached supportive petitions from the public thus wiping out evidence the Governor had anyone else to select from? All documents the Governor has in regards to appointments are supposed to be part of archives forever. Did they totally destroy all the numerous faxes and phone calls also made to the Governor's office on Marvalene Pankey's behalf?
Can anyone guess why there were two or three sets of out of sequence ballot cards sent to each Cedar County precinct? Look at the numbers above. Could it be one set has certain numbers that the chad is very difficult to remove? On Marvalene Pankey's own ballot #56 was next to impossible to punch. Byron Hamilton, was #56 for presiding commissioner. He lost by a mere 178 alleged votes, but apparently like Haines, who lost to Swopes by 120 votes in 1998, has been promised a position in the government by and for the corrupt to keep his mouth shut. (Haines was selected collector this year and actually hugged Swopes election night and said "Thank you for letting me win.")
When elections are by agreement, the counting of the ballots is done in secret, and the real vote does not matter we have serious problems. The Republicans gloat all is well with the world now because they control all three branches of the federal government. And what are the Democrats or the other minor political parties doing to stop vote fraud?
We must restore free and fair elections before we can make one bit of difference otherwise. Our nation as we have known it is gone----the slippery slope that got us where we are in large measure began in Missouri with Ashcroft , Blunt, and election materials vendors. Please help THE BUCK STOP HERE where Missouri plays a key role in restoring free and fair elections.
Your help is needed for a major federal lawsuit against the vendors of election materials and those like Swopes, who have wilfully participated in vote fraud.

Footnote---U.S. Senate race between Carnahan and Talent was decided by the vote tallies supposedly from southwest, Missouri, including Cedar County. How many of the mere 21,254 vote difference were inflated, phony votes added to the totals? The criminals believe nothing can be proven, the fox is minding the hen house, and anyone is considered insane and subjected to intimidation, threat of arrest or worse for daring to speak out when ballots are counted in secret, ballot pages are missing, punch cards have special scoring to insure certain chads won't fall out, CIA style Marlon characters can be seen stuffing ballots in envelopes, stacks of ballots can't be accounted for, etc., etc. Please consider donating so what may look like a Cedar County, Mo. problem can be used for a major federal lawsuit to stop the vendors and others from participating in vote fraud.
