"Hopefully when this is all over, you will have enough sense to leave elections alone and go chase deadbeat dads." Marlon Collins, the Rethugs representative claiming he'd rather be a Democrat deputy county clerk of Sheryl Swopes, shouted to Marvalene Pankey, 11/5/2002 in front of voters and inside the North Linn polling place, Stockton, Mo. One wouldn't think Cedar County, Missouri elections are really of any significance to the bigger picture, Sheryl Swopes, said October 15, 2002, that Marvalene Pankey did not understand.
Marvalene Pankey, was the only opponent to Sheryl Swopes, Democrat nominee for Clerk of the Cedar County, Missouri Commission. Swopes, who declared herself the winner over her Republican opponent in 1998 by a mere 120 votes and proclaimed she had 87.77 per cent of the vote over Pankey, the Statesmanship Party nominee by petition. (Surveys after the election showed perhaps 35 per cent voter turnout vs. the nearly 63 per cent Swopes claimed and at least a two to one WIN by Pankey of the real vote.) Swopes, who never campaigned 2002, not one sign and only one 'thank you, farewell' ad, resigned three days after she had proclaimed herself eligible to be crowned for a new term. She already had another State of Mo. job, but announced in the paper she had been harassed.
Mary Cain, who had never been involved in politics before ran as the Democrat Party nominee for county collector and lost. Cain nearly a high school dropout; with no management, supervisory, or experience related to the office of county clerk, knew she would be county clerk by the time Swopes resigned. Cain quit her job as an employee of a title insurance company, helped train her replacement then was sworn in November 27, 2002 as county clerk after Governor Holden illegally appointed her to serve the remainder of Swopes 1998-2002 term and for two additional years.
"Public interest requires that all possible certainty exist in the election of officers and the beginning and expiration of their terms, by law or resignation, and forbids that either should be left to the discretion or vacillation of the person holding the office...." Campbell v. City of Boston, 337 Mass. 676, 151 N.E.2d 68,70(1958) (quoting Warner v. Selectmen of Amherst, 326 Mass. 435, 439, 95 N.E.3d 180, 183 (1950).
1 John 3:12
- Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous.Jude 1:11 - Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.
And where did all the money for this portion of Missouri vote fraud come from?
Stay tuned for the rest of this story.
Footnote---U.S. Senate race between Carnahan and Talent was decided by the vote tallies supposedly from southwest, Missouri, including Cedar County. How many of the mere 21,254 vote difference were inflated, phony votes added to the totals? The criminals believe nothing can be proven, the fox is minding the hen house, and anyone is considered insane and subjected to intimidation, threat of arrest or worse for daring to speak out when ballots are counted in secret, ballot pages are missing, punch cards have special scoring to insure certain chads won't fall out, CIA style Marlon characters can be seen stuffing ballots in envelopes, stacks of ballots can't be accounted for, etc., etc. Please consider donating so what may look like a Cedar County, Mo. problem can be used for a major federal lawsuit to stop the vendors and others from participating in vote fraud.
