Voters had a choice and the best choice was Marvalene Pankey. No one will ever know how many thousands of people voted for Marvalene Pankey because vote fraud was so rampant with stacks of missing ballots, inflated voter turnout, secret pretended counting of the ballots, missing ballot pages, etc., etc.

The county clerk declared she had 87.77 per cent of the bogus vote tally and then resigned three days later. Why? Claimed she has another job, which she would have had to of applied for before the election. When the truth hurts those who are guilty try to run and hide. Truth must prevail in selection 2002.

Originally it looked as if the incumbent was going to run unopposed for Cedar County, Missouri County Clerk, although she only declared herself the winner in 1998 by a very slim margin after having been appointed by the governor. After some local voters contacted Marvalene and Statesmanship Party, Inc. the decision was made to launch a petition drive for ballot access and a campaign. The petition drive was highly successful with about 80 per cent of those asked to sign answering positively. On July 26, 2002 ballot access was granted and the race was on. Marvalene Pankey vowed to make it a positive and statesmanlike campaign while revealing the clear differences and choice to the voters.
